David Lebus MRICS

David has more than ten years of UK and European real estate experience. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007, and worked as a director in the pan- European Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams.

During his time at JLL, David advised private equity firms, high net worth investors, property companies and developers across a wide variety of debt financing, joint venture and M&A transactions, with combined transaction values of more than £1.9bn.

David has an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Strategy from Cass Business School, and an MA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of St Andrews. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and sits on the Next Generation Committee of the Investment Property Forum (IPF).

George Sutcliffe MRICS

George has worked in real estate for nearly ten years, gaining wide ranging experience in both residential and commercial markets with roles at Rosette Merchant Bank, JLL and Knight Frank.

His primary focus is sourcing and executing investment transactions, and at JLL he worked with institutional and private equity investors across a number of UK cross-sector portfolio acquisitions and disposals, completing more than £670m of transactions.

More recently George was a key member of the real estate team at Rosette Merchant Bank, an investment and asset management firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing real estate investments on behalf of Middle Eastern institutional and high net worth investors.

George graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF).
